Our most recent comic was inspired by a wrestling camp we were super excited about, but never got off the ground. Ah well, the comic is still awesome! In the story, the family Gonzales is under attack! Outgunned in the ring by some muscle-bound mischief makers, these A-team kids must rely on each other and their unique skills to avoid a beat down. In a surprise twist, the Big Bad climbs in the ring ready to rumble. You'll never guess who puts on their mask and trunks to save the day!

Inspired by our old-school Captain Nick and Contessa adventure camps, where kids join the Explorer Society and dive into paleontology, cryptozoology and spy craft ! In this comic, the Explorer Society kids get a strange delivery--a cursed Egyptian artifact--that wreaks havoc on their headquarters. Can they solve the mystery and foil the dark plans of the Contessa and her Evil School for Gifted Girls before someone gets hurt?!?
This comic is a prequel to our full-length graphic novel, Captain Nick & the Explorer Society: Compass of Mems, which you can buy HERE.

For our first foray into comics we wanted to create something that would introduce kids and parents to the Four Guilds of Trackers and show some of the activities kids experience when they sign up for classes, camps or apprenticeships in those Guilds. But we didn’t want to do a boring ad. We wanted to write a story that kids would find compelling. We decided to riff on Alice in Wonderland. Just as Alice follows a rabbit down a rabbit hole and find doors to new worlds, so does our Annie. But our doors lead to the different worlds of Trackers. Does it work? Let us know what you think. When my 11-year-old daughter read it, she complained: “It’s not long enough, Mom. I want to read more.” Me too!

This comic was inspired by our Realms camps, where kids cosplay and co-create a magical story. In this comic the School of Magic is under attack! The dragons are missing and the magic is fading fast. Young wizard Jamie and her friends set out to find out who’s behind it. On their way to the Gap, they battle golems, a kraken, and the dark wizard Nix. Will the young wizards prevail and save their beloved school?

This is another comic inspired by our magical Realms camps. Max and Lucy find a Wyrmstone, a rare artifact that is said will lead its holder to dragon parts. But dragons haven’t been seen in the Valley for generations. When the friends set out to seek their fortune, what they find is not what they expected. Can these friends bring dragon magic back to the land?

This comic is inspired by our awesome Blacksmithing programs, where kids forges metal to make swords and works of art. In this story you'll meet Runa, a dwarf apprentice learning to blacksmith from a true master... her dad. Like all Trackers kids, Runa puts in time and hard work to improve her skills. But will she ever make a sword as good as her father’s?

In Trackers Realms programs, dragons exist and are a sacred part of the ecosystem. In this comic, discover the magical Dragon Cycle: a mythical migration of great beasts to the Land of Mems. In this magical realm, they feast and grow, then return to their mountain homes, dropping body parts as they go, and fertilizing the land with their magic!

This comic is inspired by our epic table-top role-playing (TTRP) camps, where kids create their own characters and quests with friends. In this story, a brave band of adventurers, each with their own magic power, are called to rescue the Lady Brumhilda. This mysterious princess was captured and is being held prisoner by a dastardly dragon. But who is the true villain in this fractured fairy tale?

The World
Trackers Kids live in two worlds: the real world and the world they create in their imaginations. Whether that’s a treetop nursery for baby dragons, a secret agent mission, or a prehistoric mammoth hunt, Trackers Kids have rich fantasy worlds they adventure in. But much like the beloved comic classic Calvin & Hobbes (which was a big inspiration), re-entry from the imaginary to real world is not always easy.
The Characters
Trackers Kids have wild imaginations, but they also have mad Trackers skills. They can track, hunt, build a fire and survive in the wilderness. They are a band of friends united by their love of nature and their thirst for adventure. Explore with:
Savanah, who is great at all the wilderness survival skills like carving, tracking, and archery.
Josh, who is the quiet leader of the group. He appreciates great adventures and action.
Frank, who is all about the story.
Fiona, who is a bit of a trouble-maker, always spoiling for a fight. She’s independent and likes to do things her way.

This comic is inspired by our much beloved Zombie Survival Camp, where kids learn Trackers wilderness skills while battling zombies in the woods! In the story, the kids at Camp Chomp are in for the summer of their lives… if they can just live through it. A mysterious zombie apocalypse has engulfed the world and reached the doors of their very own mess hall! Now it's mess-y, indeed! Together, the team constructs a “Splattering Ram” and takes off on a cross-country odyssey in search of their friends, families, safe shelter, and maybe (hopefully)... a cure?
